Retention period
pool production GmbH in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, the purpose limitation and the data minimisation, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR will retain personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed, with particular reference to the execution of the “Application form” and the correct and complete participation in the fair. In any case, the need to keep the data will be checked every six months.
